How this calculator works

  1. We use the labeled per-serving spermidine dose from each brand's product page.
  2. For brands with a dose range (e.g. Neurogan at 10–25mg), we use the midpoint of the range.
  3. We divide your target dose by the per-serving dose to get servings per day.
  4. We multiply servings/day by price-per-serving (price ÷ 30 servings per bottle) to get cost/day.
  5. We do not factor in subscription discounts, multi-bottle pricing, or coupons — the goal is a like-for-like single-bottle price comparison.
